[cp-patches] Patch: FYI: add missing .m4 files

From: Tom Tromey
Subject: [cp-patches] Patch: FYI: add missing .m4 files
Date: 26 Apr 2005 16:41:42 -0600

I'm checking this in.

I needed these .m4 files to make autogen.sh work properly with
automake 1.9.2. I took these files from the gcc tree. We discussed
this on irc and agreed it is cleaner to put them all into a new m4/
directory, so I moved all the m4 files there. I also updated
autogen.sh.

        * m4/pkg.m4, m4/accross.m4, m4/iconv.m4, m4/acinclude.m4: Moved
        from...
