[chmspec-announce] chmspec 0.1.1, xCHM, arCHMage

Hey all,

I just released a minor update to chmspec.
This adds a few extra explanations to the HHP [OPTIONS], updates some of 
the info on timestamps and the LCID in the ITSF format & adds a lot more 
linkage both within the document and to external sites - MSDN, others.

The other news is that work on a Unix (& potenially Windows ;) LOL) CHM 
viewer has been going for a while now. Checkout http://xchm.sf.net
There is a chance that I may be employed to specifically enhance this 
project (xCHM) for a company porting their windows software to Unix.

There is also arCHMage, which includes a python script that can be used to 
serve CHMs to the web, including a cool TOC & stuff.
