As you already found, this is supposed to be generated.  The error above
("module unresolved") prevented the import library from being generated,
since if the module could not be generated it's kinda hard to generate an
import library for it ;)

The unbound identifiers look like hygienic rewrite problems.  Could you
try Chicken from subversion trunk?
