Will do (probably during the weekend).  They should currently be
erased from the search DB (Svnwiki's handle-delete-file is calling
estraier-delete-document) but evidently that is not currently working.
I'll investigate to see what's going on (I suspect handle-delete-file
may not be getting called now, due to some recent changes I made).
I'll also make the code that display the results verify that results
listed actually exist and log the problem if they don't.  And I'll add
tests for that.

As a temporary workaround, an admin could erase the contents of the
estraier-db directory in the wiki installation and then force the
regeneration of the whole page.
