[Chicken-users] Origin of 'chicken' scheme.

Hi everyone,

Bumming around the IRC channel, musing about wine, women and
tarantulas, we started wondering about the origin and history of the
name 'chicken' for Chicken Scheme.  Perhaps Felix can give us a
history lesson?
