[Chicken-users] Darcs on Cygwin

John, how are you doing Darcs on Cygwin? Or are you?  There is no Darcs 
binary available anywhere, and the Darcs webpage describes setup on 
Cygwin as problematic in practice, due to the need to obtain a working GHC.

I ask because I need the trifecta of a Bourne shell, Automake 1.9.x, and 
Darcs in order to generate a complete distro.  Difficult to do on MSVC, 
Cygwin, or MinGW / MSYS as they're all missing something.  I'm currently 
working on the MSYS side of the PITA, getting Automake 1.9.x working.
