Comment:

 This is only part of the fix, as the bind tests fail when you use the set-
 bind-options in the macro bind-options, see http://tests.call-
 cc.org/master/linux/x86/2012/02/21/salmonella-report/test/bind.html.

 Attached is a patch that fixes *that* issue as well.
