Comment:

 It works with 4.5.0, 4.6.0 and 4.6.2.  It doesn't work with 4.6.1, so it
 seems that some change after the 4.6.0 release and before the creation of
 the 4.6.1 tarball is what breaks sql-de-lite. I'm closing this ticket as
 invalid.
