#129: `cond-expand' doesn't work when introduced by macro
--------------------------+-------------------------------------------------
 Reporter: felix | Owner:
     Type: defect | Status: new
 Priority: major | Milestone: 4.3.0
Component: core-pending | Version: 4.2.x
 Keywords: |
--------------------------+-------------------------------------------------
`cond-expand` has to strip feature-IDs, or a macro-expansion containing it
 will always fail.

 See commit 44c52edc17c6354f7d6bbd8aeacde4286b2ebca0

(this was reported by Thomas Bushnell)
