 It is not currently possible to use `require-extension` and avoid loading
 an extension at runtime, even if we only need the import library at
 expansion time (like with `matchable` for example).

 The commit 78a1d9712a7c1c1d432cf3ba587dcb44c651ef82 adds a new erxtension
 property called `import-only`.
