[Chicken-janitors] new post-commit/egg-post-commit

Hi!

For preparation of the new repository release branch layout in the svn
repository
(henceforth called RRB3), an updated version of the automatic post-commit
script and program has been installed on galinha. It supports updating and
uploading over different branches (well, it should).

So please check carefully whether commits to the repository that should
cause uploading of new or updated eggs work as they should and report any
problems to me. Preliminary testing looks good, but you know how it is...
