[Chicken-hackers] [PATCH] Use name from egg file when installing types and inline files

Hi all,

Here's a small fix for "inline-file" and "types-file" installation in
the new egg install system. Previously, file name overrides wouldn't
work and an extension "foo" would always try to install "foo.types" even
if it was changed with a form like (types-file "bar") in the egg file.
