Regarding the module layout, we haven't changed anything fundamentally
since we decided on http://wiki.call-cc.org/core-libraries-reorganization
way back in September 2015. So far we've only made a few internal
changes that are necessary to make this library organisation work as
intended, and fixed a few small mistakes and oversights in the details.
