"wish" wasn't meant to be interpreted as a condemnation of the  
central documentation repository principle. "wish" meant if one had  
to be chosen I wish it was "testbase".

"testbase" is not obsolete, "test-infrastructure" is. AFAIK no  
decision on when to remove the "Unsupported or redundant" eggs has  
been made.
