[Chicken-hackers] release branch

Hello!


I have created a release branch for chicken in the repository to allow
for more testing between automatically generated tarballs (as has been
suggested a while ago, IIRC). The snapshot generation script should
now package

https://galinha.ucpel.tche.br/svn/chicken-eggs/chicken/branches/release

instead of the trunk. I can merge any changes periodically into the branch,
or on request.
