[Certi-testintegration] cpu_set_t is not defined

Hi again,

Also i can see two more errors they are when i try to compile the solution of the CERTI 3.4.2 source files.They are,

1. cpu_set_t is not defined,
2. #error directive are not currently supported on windows.

can any one help me out on resolving these errors also.Thanks in advance.
