[certi-dev] CreateFederationExecution crashes

Hi all,

I switched from 3.3.3 to 3.4.0-MinGW-Release and somehow 
createFederationExecution() now creates problems instead...

But: It only crashes if a federation already exists. And instead of throwing 
the correct exception, I get the following:

"This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.
Please contact the application's support team for more information."

Any clues?
