[Bug-zile] New Contributor

Hello,

I am Gaganjyot Singh from Punjab, India. I am a CAD developer and have
contributed to Free Software library GNU LibreDWG and other Opensource
softwares such as LibreCAD and BRL-CAD. I am quite fond of editors and
thought to create one for myself but I couldn't get enough time and
didn't have enough knowledge about the editors at that time. I have
now basic idea how editors work. I have undergone the Qemacs source
code for the reference and also saw emacs's buffer. I would now like
to contribute to zile. Would like to have ideas and opinions where
should I start and how should I move. :)
