ripd interface versions

You say you eat bugs for breafast.  Its not a bug, but it could be
better.

It  is problemless possible to use the interface command: ip rip send
version 1 2
To disable I would use: no ip rip send version 1 2

This does not work. I have to disable seperately:  no ip rip send
version 1    and     no ip rip send version 2

Additionally this solution for compatibility is good, but the RFC has a
different solution for it.
