Hi,

I am facing one more problem with xnee recording. I have some items on the screen which when pressed will have some different look. I want to take screen shots of my screen when those items are pressed. When I keep my mouse button pressed on that icon and send the modifier+key to xnee to take a screenshots at that time, it seems it does not take into account that modifier+key and does not take screen shots when I replay my recording. Is it a problem in xnee. How do I handle this situation while recording using xnee. If I do not keep my mouse button pressed and just send the modifier+key xnee is able to insert that in the script and when I replay my recording, it takes the screen shots at that time.

Thanks

I will look at this asap. No promises on when :(.

In the next release of Xnee (try CVS if you can't wait) you can
set a modifier+key during recording. When recording and pressing
the modifier+key xnee inserts a specific mark in the log file.

During replay when xnee reads this mark you can tell xnee what to do.
For example you can tell Xnee to take a screenshot!

We are not finished with the design of this though. Haven't decided
what to do during recording when pressing the modifer+key (apart from
inserting the mark). Shall we execute the exec-action (e.g screenshot) or
not?....
