Details:

The attached patch builds on the patch I previously submitted as Bug #26126. 
It adds support for MiniChess 2009, whose rules can be found at
http://wiki.cs.pdx.edu/cs542-spring2009/mini-chess/rules.html .  The only
difference between MiniChess 2007 and MiniChess 2009 is that the latter allows
a bishop to move to any adjacent empty square---this permits the bishop to
change color, which is important with a single bishop on a small board.
