Details:
GNU Wget 1.16 built on darwin14.0.0 does not support the html5 video <track>
element:
<track kind="subtitles" src="foo.vtt" srclang="fr">
I expect foo.vtt to be downloaded, and when requested the dom element to be
rewritten to a local version. none of that happens, and I suppose it's just
not supported.
