I tried:
wget "http://translate.google.com/#ja/en/クイーンズブレイド・メインテーマＢ";
But get a an Error "403: Forbidden" (tried w/ and w/o proxy) -- same.
On what OS and with which version of wget?
linux, wget=1.16
under cygwin, wget-1.16.1, I get:
