Dear all,
does anyone out there have a source for the permissible MPEG video
profile for VCD2.0? Stuff like GOP length and structure, maximum
motion compensation vectors and so on.
I'm about to add variable GOP structure to mpeg2enc and I need to know
what I can allow it to do...
