The dictionary order option does not sort in dictionary order:
$ echo 'aB\nab\nAb' | sort -d -f
ab
aB
Ab
It should be:
Ab
aB
ab
Certainly Merriam-Webster lists Ab before ab.
$ sort --version
sort (textutils) 2.0.21
