Hi,

Here is the dvicheck file. It take as argument dvi files. It erases file
with name CHECKED_DVIFILE.dvitype while processing. And leave no dvitype 
file.

It is called with:

dvicheck CHECKED_DVI_FILE GOOD_DVI_FILE

Not well tested.
