Yes, actually I observed a corner case -- I was at the help screen and had
placed the cursor at the "m" help item, and the screen was scrolled down by
one screen. Then I pressed `d' followed by `l', which returned me not to
that second screen, but to the top screen, because my cursor position was
viewable fromt he first screen, too. I realize how minor this is now :)
