[Bug-tar] [v1.26] Cannot extract archive

Hi!

Using GNU tar 1.26, I can't extract 
http://herraiz.org/stuff/orgmode-web-publishing.tar.bz2 . But in 
contrast, "jenarch" from #gnu on freenode, could extract that archive 
using version 1.22. For that reason, I suppose that this is a bug of one 
of the latest versions.

For extracting, I used following command:
$ tar -xjf archive.tar.bz2

But that didn't work.
Even when//I tried these commands it didn't work:
$ bzip2 -d archive.tar.bz2 # success
$ tar -xf archive.tar # failed

Furthermore, I dont get any error messages.
