Hello!
Recently, I want to update an archive created by star and gnutar abort()
+ core dumped. So I decide to add some better support for Joerg
Schilling star format.
Creating, updating, appending and extracting should work. see
README.star-format
patch file is written by: diff -Nur p1/tar-1.23.91 tar-1.23.91 | gzip
-c9 > star-patch.diff.gz
If you apply the patch ... the help screen is *not* updated by me.
