[Bug-tar] [GNU tar 1.17] testsuite: 26 failed

Hi All,

I had executed testsuite present in tar 1.17.  3 tests are getting failed.
1.            25: gzip 
2.            26: incremental
3.            29: --listed for individual files
test logs are placed below.
