[Bug-sysutils] TODO file

Hey, where have you folks been hiding on #sysutils?? :-)

Anyway, I pulled down the source again the other day to try to dive back 
in to some issues.  Is the TODO file up to date?  I notice argp is still 
in there and I thought I had added argp to all of the programs now??
