[Bug-plotutils] plotutils 2.5.1 failing tests

Hi Robert,

I've compiled plotutils 2.5.1 and ran the test suite, which had two
errors. One is that plot2ps.xout and plot2svg.xout were not updated for
this version, so they have a line which states that libplot 4.2 was the
creator, colliding with the results.

The other failure is in plot2svg, where there's a slight difference
between the produced plot2svg.out and plot2svg.xout. Since the formet
passed the W3 validator and the later didn't, I assume that it's the
"xout" which is outdated and plotutils actually produces correct output.

I'm attaching a patch with the hope that you tell me if it's ok for
applying it on distro's side (Gentoo in this case). And of course, get
the problem fixed in the next minor version ;-)
