IBM Thinkpad hibernation partition misreported as Linux Swap

I originally reported this as a GParted bug (quite a while ago,
actually) but we've actually narrowed it down to libparted.

See below for details, but the fundamental issue is that a
Thinkpad Hibernation partition was being reported as a Linux
swap partition.  Since the bug was filed, either code changes
or my actual use of the hibernation function caused the
reported partition type to change to 'unknown.'
