Sorry, I misremembered.  It's not in the Makefile but in the 
bootstrap script.  Attached is an extract of that script, with 
parted's name placed into it.  Including it in a Makefile is 
probably overkill.  It's probably better to have a simple release 
checklist written down somewhere, and run the script by hand (and 
tweak it a little to splice the LINGUAS list into configure.ac).

Running the script, though, and diffing with the currently included 
po files, shows that the Hungarian translation isn't registered at 
the translation project.  I'll ask the translator why this is.  It 
also shows that the ro and rw languages aren't included in parted 
-- not important, as the translations are very incomplete, but 
there's no harm in including them.
