Hello,
sorry to flood the ML with so much stuff, but I feel an urge to discuss
each one of these issues.
Here's the next: some weeks ago there was a thread about a new testing
framework. The decision afterwards was to use special files that
contain single sectors and a table that maps them to a large space.
With this we could realize:
1) partition table/boot loader/etc. backup
2) the testing originally intended
3) an easy way to reproduce bugs
What I'd like us to do now is talk about the thing in general and the
the file format specifically.
