To me PED_SECTOR_SIZE_DEFAULT sounds perfect.
"SECTOR_SIZE" tells that it is about sector size
and "DEFAULT" tells that it is a default value.

Code is only written once (or perhaps in the range 1-10 times by including
some editing) by one person, but is typically read 100-1000 times or more
and usually by several persons.
Thus, whether something is long to write is always irrelevant,
the only thing that counts is how hard or easy it is to read.
