The easier way to do it could be to use sid Debian Installer since its
include our current parted release and is ported to powerpc.
To you be able to use, you can use the installer until it start
partitioning. At that time, you can change to console 2 and to use
parted itself. IIRC parted udeb is installed by default but I might be
wrong and in this case you can use the expert installer mode to
install it.
