[patch] small corrections to Parted's messages

Hi,

Looking through the parted.pot file while preparing for a 
translation, I noticed a few small mistakes ("flag partition flag" 
for example) and some inconsistencies, like missing periods.

Attached patch tries to correct these small errors for the libparted 
subdir.  If this patch is accepted, I will go through the rest of 
Parted too.

One thing I'm unsure of though: the messages use both "filesytem" 
and "file system" (as one word and as two words), roughly at a 1:2 
ratio.  My patch chooses the one-word version, as I think it's a 
bit clearer, especially when the word is used as an adjective.  But 
if the two-words form is preferred (as the texi document does), I 
can remake the patch.  Also, if these changes are easier to digest 
in smaller doses, I can do that too.
