The HFS can applied right now, as far as I am concerned.  The only
reason I haven't done it myself is because I've been very busy.  I like
to have a free weekend following any release I make, so I can follow up
any issues that crop up.

If someone else plans to have lots of time for quick bugfixes, then I'd
be happy to apply the patches and release Parted 1.6.22...  (You can
make this easier for me by applying the patch to cvs yourself ;)
