Hi guys,
	I took the freedom to update the cvs of the webpage... The update 
should be done on the gnu serveur within less than 30 mins now.

I added some information in the Downloading section about cvs and latest 
releases.

The rest is mostly update to html and I change the table layout to have 
border with I think is easier to read. I'll probably added a css (do any 
prefer in the same file or a different one ?) to be able to easily 
changed layout like the table which is currently on the left...

From now on, I was wondering if I should post my update somewhere for 
the list to approve before I really commit them or is it ok like this ?
