Where is fsresize?

Hi guys,
I am the developer of a tiny distro called Puppy Linux.
I want to be able to grow fat filesystems, and the old
program "fsresize" that was developed prior to gnu parted
seems to be the right tool.
Problem is, I can't find anywhere to download it from.
Does anyone know a url where I can obtain it?

Note, my distro has very little space, fits into a 50M
credit-card-size CD, so I just use apps that do the job,
no more.
