URGENT NOTICE:

If you are mailing with respect to recent downtimes, please be aware that 
our servers have been under various Denial of Service attacks for 
the past several days. During January we experienced downtimes due to 
problems with out bandwidth provider's network (they were "upgrading",
which meant that a lot of stuff was broken).

We will be giving  all current users a significant chunk of free account
time due to these recent downtimes, and we hope to have them resolved ASAP.
