HFS / HFS+ implementation in GNU Parted

Here is quite stable HFS resize support for GNU Parted (and still HFS+ 
detection) :

There are more security checks, so it should not destroy your data even on 
damadged volumes.
Because it's still a recent work you should backup important data before 
resizing anyway.
It will refuse to work on uncleanly unmounted volumes.
