...after having created a vfat partition, tiny one
at installation of linux, I converted this to FAT32 using fdisk. then I tried to
use parted to resize the linux partition (make it smaller) and then increase the
(upcoming) win98 FAT32 partition.
I thus had around 5 partitions in
all...
with a large one being the linux one. os I used
resize to make it from 80Gb to15Gb
this resulted in an error message stating that I
should reboot from discette and reinstall boot-loader. I rebboted from my
boot-disk. dont know how to reinstall boot-loader though, or if that is
done automatically... so linux tried to restart again, now checking discs etc,
finding errors... and the result is, I am lost, and so might be my
system.
in short.. please help!!!!!
