Docmumentation: Boot/Root disks when altering /

Hi,

First l would like to say that this package is fantastic! Thank you for your
efforts in it's development.

Is there some way to stress the need to use the boot/root disks
when changing the partitions on the root device? I just spent a
couple of frustrating days, in fear of disk corruption, because this
was not in any of the documentation. A single line in the manual
would suffice, and probably prevent others from experiencing the
same difficulties as I.
