JFS functionality for Parted status

Hi,
   As I indicated on both the mailing lists a month ago, I was working
on adding jfs functionality to Parted. My initial aim was to add
resizing. As it turned out, there are some issues like putting it in
the file system code, rather than in a lib need to be resolved. So I
shifted my focus to adding to other features for the parted. As of
today I have coded and tested the following features:

probe (which was coded by andrew initially, I guess)
clobber
check
open
mkfs
close

   This is the lingo used by parted. I am presently working on copy
and resize. I have final exams coming up next week so I stop here and
will continue working in summer. 
   I will follow up on the resize issues very soon. 
   Presently the code is a mess. I will clean up and send the proper
patches in summer.
