Problem with FAT partitions |

Hey,
When we create a FAT partion, the following happens:
Size < 2 GB : FAT16
2 GB < Size < 4Gb : FAT16
4 Gb < Size : FAT32
We have some problems when the size is between 2 Gb and 4 Gb. Parted
makes some kind of FAT16, but Windows cannot read it.
Is this normal? And if yes, how can we force that a partition bigger
than 2Gb is formatted as FAT32?
Thnx,
Wouter
PS: For the moment, parted is the only tool under Linux that can create
partitions that windows can boot from.
