Parted, Conectiva, The Future TM

Hi all,

I am no longer being supported by Conectiva.  Conectiva is
going through a difficult period financially, which will
hopefully/probably be a temporary thing only.  (Good luck!)

Anyway, I am very grateful for the support Conectiva has
provided me :-)

I am still studying Computer Science, and will probably
finish at the end of 2002 (certainly no earlier).
Optimistically, I spend 15 hours a week... less around
assignments and exams, more at the beginning of semesters ;-)
on Parted and EVMS, and intend to continue this.
(For those who don't know about EVMS, see
oss.software.ibm.com/evms - I think the user space component
and libparted will be merged, One Day TM)

If other companies are willing to support me (or anyone who
wants to hack on Parted ;-) I would put sponsors in the
documentation and start-up screen... "Parted is supported by
XXX, www.XXX.com".

I like to help all distro's use libparted in their installer,
etc. but I guess I would give sponsors a bit more attention ;-)
I can't/don't want to change the licence from GPL.
