I've fixed this problem in the latest pre-release (1.4.6-pre1),
although I don't recommend you use it yet... wait a bit for
1.4.6.
The problem is: Parted ignores the partition type (they are too
unreliable) - it looks for signatures on the partition. Unfortunately,
signatures can co-exist!
In 1.4.6, we will search for ambiguous detection, and try to open
file systems. Also, I will check that the partition type is sane
for the detected file system.
