parted bootdisk 1.2.12, mkpart and logical partition table

Dear Parted's team,
I don't know if it is a bug or a no implementation (partition not
aligned to cylinder boundaries), but note the problem at hda5. (in
particular where i have signed with ****)
I have used parted bootdisk 1.2.12.

- Stage 0: before
with sfdisk -l -x /dev/hda

Disk /dev/hda: 1869 cylinders, 255 heads, 63 sectors/track
